Want a custom look on your vehicle without breaking the bank? Custom powder coating on your wheels is the solution. There's a LOT that goes into creating a custom look when using powder. Unlike paint, you can not really direct powder to a specific area as powder is electrically charged when it processes through the equipment and is attracted to the part which is grounded.

We did not show the preparation in this video to save some time. Our process at Aegis Armors is to chemically strip the wheels first, wash, dry, media profile the surface, run the wheels through a oven cycle to de-gas them, cool, clean again, then begin the process of powder coating.

The video shows the entire process starting after the prep is done.
